Overview

The 1394b to IDE MODULE implements a bridge between one1394A and one ATA or ATAPI based mass storage device port. This bridge adheres to the Mass Storage Class Bulk-Only Transport specification. It is connected to a host computer directly or via the downstream port of 1394a or 1394b Hub. Host software issues commands and data to the 1394 case and receives status and data from it using standard 1394 protocol. The data transfer max speed up to 800Mb.
